Echo is an AI Voice Generator app. You can turn text into speech, clone a voice you have the right to use, describe a new voice, change a recording into a character voice, and create AI song covers. Results are generated audio for personal and creative use. Echo does not claim the voices are indistinguishable from a human, and it is not a substitute for a professional voice actor, legal clearance or a licensed studio session.

3. Eligibility to use the AI Voice Generator app

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country and able to agree to these Terms. If you use Echo on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have permission to do so.

4. Accounts and purchases for the AI Voice Generator app

Some features require a PRO subscription processed by Apple through in-app purchase. Apple’s terms apply to billing, refunds and subscriptions. Keep your login details safe. Optional sign-in with Apple, Google or email links your purchase to an account.

5. Your scripts and audio in the AI Voice Generator app

You retain rights in the scripts, recordings and songs you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content so we can operate Echo, generate audio, improve the Service and provide support. You confirm you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Voice cloning is for your own voice, or a voice you have permission to use. 8. Intellectual property in the AI Voice Generator app

Echo, the logo, the website and the app are owned by Rocket Digital Ltd or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you. Generated audio is provided for your use under these Terms, subject to the rights of any third-party material you uploaded (for example a song used in Remix).

9. Plans, ads and limits for this AI Voice Generator app

The free plan includes a daily cap on text-to-speech runs and a character limit per run. PRO plans (Weekly, Monthly, Lifetime) unlock additional voices, languages and tools, with a fair-use daily character cap. Features, limits and prices can change. 10. Disclaimer for AI text to speech results

The Service is provided “as is.” Speech quality, pronunciation and cloning results vary. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability for the AI Voice Generator app

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rocket Digital Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
